I remember Jodi Kombirnk (sp) was an excellent female fighter who appeared to have a good career ahead of her. Then she met Olga (russian fighter) who slammed two or three very hard punches to Jodi's midsection. You could see on TV that the tears almost running out of Jodi's eyes as she was hurt by the punches. Did this make Jodi stop boxing or was it a further lack of opponents?? Bill

It seemed though that Jodi was not seen anymore on television after that fight. It is a shame some of the better feamle fighters just leave and nothing is heard from them. I saw Patricia Demick fight Michelle Linden on a dvd, and you talk about a beating. She really gave her a beating in that fight before it was stopped.
