JUNE 23) On June 21, 2008, at the Chrysler Halle, in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, Elina Tissen (ranked #27 on Boxrec), won the "Global Boxing Council" (GBC) featherweight title against Elena Dima, now 0-3-0, (ranked #75 on Boxrec). Tissen TKO’d the winless boxer in the fourth round of a scheduled 10 rounder.
I saw this on Wban and with the heatwave I thought maybe people would be on their computers talking about this, i mean thats is the first title fight that I would definetly say was a huge mismatch, i mean out of all the fighters had in Germany and around the world why did they choose the #75 to fight the #27. Lets here some opinons on this one.

Lets here some opinons on this one. Some of the recent title fights have been very ridiculous like Mia vs Amy Yuratovac even though Amy gave Mia a good run for her money, I won't say Mexico is a neutral place either. And Marcela Acuna vs Danielle Bouchard was a cake walk for Acuna. Danielle is a good fighter but look at her record and opponents www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=136635&cat=boxerYou almost feel like Marcela avoiding fighters, she should fight Jackie Nava and Alejandra Oliveras. These horrible title defense are contagious like chicken pots the more you scratch the more you itch.
