Missy Fiorentino reported she was cut by a headbutt and the referee missed it. She wanted to continue.
The cut took 5 stitches to close.

Missy Fiorentino reported she was cut by a headbutt and the referee missed it. She wanted to continue. The cut took 5 stitches to close. It looked like the blood was going around the eye rather than in it. If so, they should have let it continue. Missy has been getting cut lately. Rematch!! |

She's also questioning whether she'll fight in Connecticut again if bouts are managed like this. |
