WIBA is run by Ryan Wissow. IBA, a seperate organization, is run by Dean Chance. And Dean Chance won the Cy Young and Ryan didn't. So..there you go! Bobby Dobbs

WIBA is run by Ryan Wissow. IBA, a seperate organization, is run by Dean Chance. thank you. The reason I asked was because according to BOXREC, Terri Blair's first fight with Sumya Anani was for the IBA belt, and the rematch was for the WIBA belt. Is this correct? I remember when I had Dean Chance's baseball card when I was a kid. Man I'm old.

both Anani-Blair fights were for the IBA title. whoever entered the 2nd fight into boxrec incorrectly put it as a WIBA title fight. RYAN
