Wednesday, 7/19, Corrine Mayfield makes her pro debut in a four round welterweight fight in Ontario, California. Her opponent has not yet been announced.
Thursday, 7/20, both Eliza Olson and Jessica Rakoczy will be in action, but not against each other as they were training. Eliza 9-5-3 (2) will be in San Jose California to face Mariem Brakache (a 4-3 middleweight) in a six round welterweight contest instead of defending her lightweight crown. Meanwhile, in Lemoore, California; Jessica 23-2 (8) is sceduled for an eight round lightweight bout against TBA. On that same card: Carina Moreno 8-1 (3) will fight Stephanie Dobbs 21-22-4 (13) in a ten round light flyweight title fight which would be significant if it wasn't sanctioned by the NABF.
Other Thursday bouts: New York (twice) Maureen Shea 5-0 (3) in a six round featherweight bout against TBA; and in Portland, Oregon 1-0 (1) featherweight Jenny Houts in a four rounder against TBA.
So far, only one Friday bout and that is dandy in Cabazon, California: Eight rounds of superflyweight action between Monica Lovato 7-1 (4) against Heather Percival 8-2 (1).
Lots of action on Saturday 7/22. First in Trenciansky Kraj, Slovakia: 1-0 Jana Matisova vs. 0-1 Eva Roskova. Next in Bermuda: The NABC (North American Boxing Council) proclaims a Middleweight Championship fight between Roselin Morales 5-0 (2) and Teresa Perozzi 4-2 (1). (The NABC?)
Sue Fox posted that Mary Jo Sanders is on the Atlantic City undercard. Mary Jo is 21-0 (6) but I couldn't confirm an opponent, number of rounds, or weight class for the fight. In Cut Off Louisiana (yeah CUT OFF) 1-16-3 Chris Sepulvado is schedule in a four round light welter bout against TBA. (I am surprised the NABF isn't sactioning this as a title fight). And in Gering, Nebraska: Amanda McMillin 1-0 takes on Lydia Olsen Jones 0-1 in a four round Heavy affair followed by 4-0 (4) Chantel Cordova vs. TBA in a minimum weight bout.
