not sure why Stacy's post is in the video thread, so I am replying to it here.

Hollie, thanks for the shot at your belt. You didn't have to put it on the line, since the promoters were really just looking for a 6 rounder.

I touched canvas twice in the first round, and Hollie won every round. I got a cut on the bridge of my nose and my nose was bleeding pretty steadily (first time for everything). I couldn't get off effectively, so my corner stopped it.

All I can say is Hollie hits harder than anyone I fought; about the same as someone weighing in the 120's I would say.

As far as the whole steroid issue goes, AFAIK, we were both urine tested under observation after the fight, supervised by the MO commission. Results, I think, will take about a week.

On a side note, our fight inadvertently became the main event since one of the main event contestants (male heavyweight) literally left the building, so the Mateen-Davis fight didn't happen. Only in boxing.

Sorry I posted in the wrong place ,
That's the story of my life , wrong place
wrong time.But anyway . You record
is the worst thing about your career ,
Its all about the breaks that
you never had. Hollie & Sarah were
also down the very same road but
had yours truly give them a
detour before it was to late. But
the aging fighter I saw in the 128
degree heat at the race track in
Oklahoma was simply a miss
managed fighter.I remember
saying thank God her record is
so bad cause me lil wife aint every
fighting this chick . lol ......
Now when Brian used to ask me
about Hollie fighting you , I turned
it down everytime because
the tape I seen with you and Dobbs
was all I needed to know. And that is a
fight with you would be a
no win situation .Your record
sucked but you were punching every
second of the fight like Roberto Duran
or something . I know its no secret you
not my biggest fan ..............LOL ... yes ,
I for sure have that effect on some people.
But its plane and simple I was one of yours
(Fans) I will probably never see you fight again

there wont be enough money for you to fight
Savanna . So for the one time I saw you fight
you fought like a champ and that's what I will
remember you as !

I followed this fight closely and thought about you training in LA, then making your way to St. Charles at the Ameristar casino. The Ameristar takes in millions of of bucks per quarter and I know you and Hollie brought in many patrons last night.

When two fine, well conditioned boxers come together we get fireworks, non stop action. Thank-you for posting, it is very difficult to get accurate information on the bouts, so to have it straight from you is a real treat.

I know every girl that steps into the ring with you wonders what the outcome will be. You have great style!

Thank you Dee for the kind words. I had nothing but admiration and respect for you before the fight and I have even more after the fight. You are without a doubt one of the toughest and most determined boxers I have ever met. Your contribution and efforts in and out of the ring to further Women's boxing has benefited us all. While I appreciate your thanks for giving you a shot at the title, it is unnecessary. I didn't give you a shot, you earned that shot. You have always fought the best competition anywhere, anytime. You have never concerned yourself with the politics or business. You just got in the ring and gave 110% everytime, without fail. Records are only numbers. What really counts is the substance of a record. You are one of the few people in this sport who has never been in a meaningless fight. I truly believe that my most meaningful fight was against you. I have had the W.I.B.A. Strawweight World Title for 1 year and 9 months. I am proud of my title and have fought hard to win it and defend it. However, after our bout, I know as many others do that my title now has substance. I appreciate you taking the fight and I wish you great success in your career. You are truly one of the greats of this sport.

I think it would be a great idea for Hollie to go to Hungary to defend her belt. Since her and Belinzsky are both role models of fair play, it would be a great fight for our sport.

I've said all along that Hollie is a sharper puncher than most at her weight. I asked her what she thought accounted for her high KO percentage, and she gracefully downplayed it. I think she is getting better with each outing, so if you want to fight her, don't wait too long!

If u ask Sarah why she hits hard , she will tell you she is all natural and she was born with it,

She has been known as a puncher since she starting fighting , hell she has even stop

a future world champion while sparing with 16 oz glaves on.But thats Sarah's story

I think if some one wanted to fight Sarah they best do it right now to because

she is working 50 hours a week and has very little time to train , thats

why she will not be defending her title tell next year when she takes 3 months

off from work . Sarah is the puncher , and thats a fact.
