televised on ESPN2 Wednesday Night Fights, Sarah Goodson won an 8 round unanimous decision over Sandra Ortiz. Goodson's skills looked to have improved from her previous performances. she has always been a crude brawler, but tonite her technique looked more refined then it has in the past. i think its safe to say Sarah is a better boxer then her husband Stacy  RYAN |

She d**n sure got a better trainer than I ever had , And even more than that she is now the new WIBF Min Weight Champion. And she is very proud one at that!

Hell I just got the DVD to it last week ! Stills? Did you meant screencaps? But you have DVD, right? you can do it by your self. Almost every DVD player have option "photo capturing" I doubd, that Flaco have photos from this fight. He just rip tv show. That's all. But if you really want to contact him, i could arrange this. ps  i meant....you can do much better screencaps with DVD VOB file, than Flaco or me with compressed avi or mpg file. |

If you don't have broadband, just ask some friend who have one. But like you said....you have DVD, right? Screenshots will be much better if you will use it. Listen...we can't talk like this. [Can I use this link on her website? Sure. But i would suggest you to test it first. I meant....i have powerful machine with well adjusted codecs and file plays perfectly on my comp. But i'm not sure about the others. I'm sure, that somebody in your neighbourhood have broadband and can download this for you. Well....for using link on her website......you must know, that this was very quick editing. Gee... i don't know....in that case i should do a little more professional editing and create a little better version. I could create files in different formats(wmv, mpg, avi, rm, mov, flv) and with a different bitrate. (Lo resolution for dial-up users and Hi resolution version for broadband users for example) |
