I dont understand the WBAN ranking, with Cecilia as #2. A ranking should reflect who is the best fighter, and not who has the longest career. BoxRec have Cecilia as #1, with a big margin.
The next fight will probably be against Tori Nelson, sometime before christmas, and then Cecilia want to start boxing in light welterweight, she says, to pick up more belts.

Fair comment, and my gut feeling is that a rematch between #1 and #2 would reverse their order again in WBAN's computer ranking ... but the reason for the current order is (a) that Cecilia has fought a generally weaker schedule overall and (b) their head to head match is now three and a half years old so it no longer dictates their relative ranking in our system. BTW I do not think either computer ranking system (WBAN, Boxrec) always gives better results than the other relative to my own gut feeling. They do weight details of the boxer records differently which means there is often something to learn by looking at their differences.

AFter looking into the details above I have widened the result retention window in the WBAN ranking program so the Hallback-Braekhus result again gets full weight in determining Braekhus's score. This change will apply to all fights and boxers as the program applies the same rules to everyone. Thanks for the feedback.
