Killer Queen returns Aug. 30 Spotlight Boxing's first "ProSieben Fight Night" after the summer break will take place on August 30th at the Burg-Wächter Castello in Düsseldorf, featuring "Killer Queen" Susi Kentikian (21-0, 18 KOs). The unbeaten WBA/WIBF world champion will defend against durable pressure fighter Hagar Finer (16-6-3, 4 KOs), who has gone the distance in three world title fights. Kentikian, arguably the most exciting female boxer in the sport, however, is known for ending fights early. "We know Hagar Finer well," said Kentikian. "She boxed against Regina Halmich in her farewell fight – and also Alesia Graf and Julia Sahin didn't have it easy with her -- and during the last two years she has clearly improved." The "Killer Queen" has had two quick knockouts since going the distance last December and says that break has allowed her to properly recover. "Now I'm hot for for this next fight," she concluded. The 20-year-old world champion was in Argentina last week to accept the WBA's "Female Champion of the Year" award.

I'm not sure what to make of Finer really. She looked pretty good against Halmich, and in her last fight, pretty bad against Graf. I suppose Halmich knew why she was retiring, so Finer's performance against her should not be overrated - the same can be said for her loss to Graf, a fight which she took only a few days in advance.
I still expect Kentikian to win this, probably even rather comfortably. Hokmi showed the way to trouble Kentikian is to use a good jab in order to keep her on the outside. And even though Finer has a considerable reach advantage over Kentikian, her very unusual style won't allow her to do that. Finer might even decide to go for a brawl, which will probably get her knocked out.

Wow I love watching the polls, you get to see many people's opinon and idea in a wrapped like small crabby patty mini sized way. Wow No one voted for Hagar getting a draw or winning...some one even voted that this was a mismatch??that wasn't me lol..but man some of yall are harsh but I guess the truth will come on in August but at least every one is voting

finer is strong in her very own way, but I don't think she can stop Susi... most of all people said Mary Ortega is one of the strongest, probably the only one who can stop Kentikian... see what happened? *LOL* but it will be a great match I think

If Susi could win against those then I would say she was unstoppable but she can't and won't fight most of the fighters I listed.

Finer knows fighting in Germany is a dangerous place for her as Kentikian has fought all but one of her fights there. “The world of boxing saw me take former champ Regina Halmich ten rounds and most saw me win at least seven or eight rounds,” said Finer. “However the judges gave Halmich the majority decision. I know in Germany, you not only have to fight the fighter, but the judges, too. The WBA will be on the scorecards and I hope to god that they don’t rob me in my fourth title fight in Germany.
“As I see it, Kentikian can never KO me and I will give her a boxing lesson that she will never forget,” said Finer. “It has been my dream for seven years to become the first Israeli world champion. I have fought 27 pro fights and more then 40 amateur bouts. I know my time has come and Friday night nothing will stop me from taking what should have been mine a year ago.”

Susi didn't seem herself in this fight. Perhaps she was distracted with obtaining her German citizenship. CONGRATULATIONS SUSI!

maybe...but she didn't seem as focused to me as she did in prior fights. Still, if she was able to win comfortably on an off-day against a quality opponent like Finer, that proves how good she really is.
