That actually might turn out to be an interesting fight. How do you say "track shoes" in French?

This is not that bad, BoxRec has Lamare as #3 Light Welterweight with 951 points and Laracuente as #7 Super Bantamweight with 775 points.
But Lamare will box in France ... and this will be the edge

Laracuente will fight anyone from 126 to 140 pounds which is why her record has dropped to 22-11-2. She has 9 KO's but they were early in her career, and she really dosen't have KO power against top fighters, particularly as a Jr. Welterweight. She usually shows good foot movement, but even that has dropped off recently. I applaud her determination, but I think she has more heart and guts than brains.

I don't see where this will be that a good fight. Many years ago it would have been. Belinda will run around and Lamare will try to catch her and either cruise to a comfortable UD or late stoppage. Laracuente won only 1 out of her last 9 fights. Yes, she fough some top competition but still......

This bout will be a rite of passage so to speak. Out with the old, in with the new. Belinda is just an opponent now.
