Looks like Chantel turned pro in 2006. This girl is getting some coaching from somewhere!! The straw-weights are going to have to deal with (Gorgeous Babe) her alias. Forum members any ideas? Girls her team had an all around presentation. She's ready for high definition TV. The reason I posted this 1mb video is to see the leverage Chantel is getting on this series of punches. I can't slow it down from photo-bucket, but in media player, she misses with a lead right, but instead of setting up again, pushes Unity into the corner with a forearm to the throat and then unleashes an upper cut, she barely missed a wicked ko. Several girls are going to want a shot at her I believe, or maybe not. s77.photobucket.com/albums/j51/brb1299/?action=view¤t=Chantel_Cordova_unity_young512k.flv

She struggled mightily with Camela Parker a couple of months back and because of her deliberate soft opponent selection, I am not impressed with her. They were offered better fighters than Young for that last show, that is specifically who they wanted.

Team Cordova - "anytime, anywhere." And if Chantel is ever back at Wild Card, I will gladly spar with her. Just have her manager/trainer arrange it with Freddy. Dee H

Why did she wait so long to turn pro? Then I thought about it she is only 19. Chantel, do you have a picture in your first boxing gloves? That would be a prize. www.usaboxing.org/86_1130.htm
