Now that Wallberg has moved on past Gerula, who's next??
When one looks at Dee's WBAN computer rankings for the Jr. Lightweights, wow, some amazing possibilities pop out!!!!!!! All of them good.
the TOP TEN - JR - LIGHTWEIGHTS 1. Melissa Hernandez 2. Kina Malpartida 3. Lindsay Garbatt 4. Rhonda Luna 5. Ronica Jeffrey 6. Jelena Mrdjenovich 7. Frida Wallberg 8. Ela Nunez 9. Jennifer Barber 10. Olivia Gerula

I disagree with dees ranking but Jelena fighting Frida would be interesting
Melissa vs Jelena was a real good fight I know that Jelena will rip Fujin up into ity bitty pieces of sushi, Raikas team was foolish to think that just because Jelena has some loses on her record, this makes her easy prey, look who she has fought lol, Melissa said it herself, jelena was a monster
I think jelena could give frida a run for her money, swedish money that is lol
Ok folks, a (( translated--with some additional comments from me )) story from the "Leading Nordic Magazine For Martial Arts" >>> fightermag.se/nyheter
Mikaela Lauren has stated that she would like to meet Frida Wallberg in the Swedish version of a "super-fight." Thankfully, not only is Wallberg a darn good boxer, she also seems to be blessed with a full compliment of just good old common sense. Wallberg is now 100 percento NOT interested in fighting Lauren, because she thinks the fight would be pointless. Wallberg is quoted (( again - translated )) as stating, "I measure myself only with the best, and Mikaela Lauren is not exactly the best in the world. To me, it's not intersting. I just want to meet the best. I will take on the greatest boxers in the world, that's my goal. Not to fight Swedes who are worse."
I concur. Wallberg is ready to take on the best in the world and Lauren is just going to have to look elsewhere. Thank you boxing gods for Wallberg's drive, determination and for being bright.
Wallberg is smart an abitious an tough, like most women should be! Mikeala is not in Wallbergs league lol, i hope mikela can one day realize this
boxrec has posted that it will be Mrdjenovich v Sarah Pucek on 12-09-2011.
The odds of Pucek winning are about the same as me being named as the next ambassador to France.
:'(Well thats a crying shame that Jelena is fighting Pucek an not Frida wallberg, but yeah I agree with you, Jelena is gonna stomp on pucek, I dont know why the fight failed, maybe frida wanted more money, who knows, all we can do is hope for the best in the future an that next year frida fights jelena but most likely it will be in sweden
