Anybody following the verbal dust up between Arum and Dana White over the upcoming boxing- UFC date on the same night.
Interesting to hear White call Arum a "...greedy pig..." Further, to the effect that Arum never cared about building the sport.
Gee, wonder what happens when NO PROMOTER will be allowed to sign any fighter for more than a match-rematch ( if the clause is in the contract)...

TD In terms of who is the better promoter, I would say Dana White and who wants to build their sport, well then that goes to Dana White but Dana White and both Arum have one thing in common which is the fact that they don't really work or have many good female fighters on their cards.

True-- they both dislike women fighting...Arum was close at one time when he had Lucia fighting on his cards...I think he was just using her in case a mega fight could be made with Christy, who DK had on his cards...they tired and it failed.
White dislikes women fighting. At least Scott Coker of Strikeforce saw the potential...then he sold strikeforce and women have been shut out ever since.
White did seem to move a little out of the way by having his UFC event BEFORE Manny is scheduled to fight. Its near impossible to beat the PacMan for audience drawing power.
