I think any lady that Lucia has laid out knows, Lucia Rijker hits harder than alot of men her weight. Excellent sports science piece...all though the guy she competed against in this didn't do a wind up, running, left hook. Still, what a SHOT!

Lucia's hook that comes in over 900 / sq in. reminds me of the kind of shots Christy Martin used on Chris Kreuz.

Rich...I saw that fight many moons ago. I think Lucia was 18 or 19 at the time. Not sure what she was thinking before and certainly after that fight.
