IFBA is a joke and this fight between Rhonda Luna was probably a joke as well. Due to IFBA last screw up, i nor others can't trust them or Korean boxing commision but i as well as others should have known this before lol but i like many are still naive to believe that they were was a Title sanctioning bodies out their looking for the welfare of both fighters. Not just one.

the ifba websight states that woo was 58.9 k's or 129.85 lbs
